RETURNS POLICY
 

 

To ensure you have a happy shopping experience we have a 7 day returns policy.

If you wish to exchange an item, simply send your goods back to our below returns address.

 

Once we have received your goods, a Refund may be issued provided the goods have arrived within 7 days.

Returns must also be in original condition – un-used, undamaged, with all product packaging. Items not received in their original condition will automatically be returned to the customer. Items which are damaged or not in original condition will not be accepted.

 

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return, once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email outlining the action which is most appropriate for your circumstances. 

AusFishWarehouse reserves the right to reject a return if it is not in its original condition.

We are unable to credit original shipping costs. Returns must be accompanied with the original receipt & Returns Form.

If you have misplaced your receipt, please ensure that you enclose your name, address, phone number & return details in the parcel. If we do not receive this information we are unable to process your return. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

If you believe your item has a fault, please CONTACT US with a description of the item and of the fault.

 

Faulty items will not be accepted unless they are in original condition with tags attached. In the case of a faulty item we must be notified within 7 days of receipt.

 

In the rare event of a manufacturing fault you will be entitled to a refund.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers.
